Subscription Rules:

• Final Sales: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges after dispatch.
• Sneak Peeks: Previews of upcoming designs on our YouTube channel around the 5th of each month.

Billing & Shipping:

• Sign-Up Dates:
  • If you sign up by the 15th, you get the current month’s pack and are billed immediately.
  • Signing up after the 15th means you’ll be billed on the 1st of the following month.
• Shipping Schedule: First set ships within 5 days of signing up (if by the 15th). Afterwards, sets are shipped by the 10th each month.
• Automatic Billing: Monthly automatic charges from the second month onwards.

Shipping Details:

• Method: First class mail via USPS.
• Tracking: No email notifications or tracking for first class parcels.

Cancellation Policy:

• How to Cancel: Through your account on the website or by contacting [email protected].
• Refunds: No refunds on cancellation. You receive any pending sets due based on your last payment.

Examples:

1. Sign Up on January 14th: You pay for and receive January’s pack, then billed on February 1st for February’s set, and so on.
2. Sign Up on January 17th: You aren’t charged for January. Your first charge is on February 1st, and your pack ships by February 10th.
