Rustique Relics LLC Return Policy for Subscription Services

For Decoupage of the Month or Rustique Mystery Box Subscriptions Only

Welcome to Rustique Relics LLC! We are delighted to offer our creative and inspiring Decoupage of the Month and Rustique Mystery Box Monthly subscription services. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected, so we have outlined our return policy below to ensure a transparent and fair process for our valued subscribers.

Subscription Cancellation:

  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, please note no refunds will be issued on cancellation, you will receive any Decoupage of the Month or Rustique Mystery Box Subscription set that is due to you based on your last payment.
  • To cancel your subscription, you can do so through your member page, or you can also contact our support team at [email protected]

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the unique nature of our subscription services, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of the kits once they have been dispatched.
  • In the event you receive an incomplete Decoupage of the Month kit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement of the damaged or missing items.

Damaged Items:

  • We do our best to package your items in a way that they cannot get broken. At the same time, we have no control over the shipping process once it leaves our store. We will do our best to come to a satisfactory conclusion, including helping with USPS Insurance Claims. To File a USPS Claim click here! It is important to document everything especially the state of the package on arrival.

Shipping Errors:

  • If you receive an incorrect kit, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect kit and ensure the correct kit is sent to you promptly.

Refunds:

  • Given the nature of our subscription services, we do not offer refunds on kits that have already been shipped.
  • If you have been billed for a kit that has not yet been shipped and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. If possible, we will stop the shipment and issue a refund.
